London: The man who restrained Shia LaBeouf in a street brawl claimed that he was intimidated by the star after he threatened to pull out a knife.
Shea Carter said that when he tried to restrain the ‘Transformers’ star outside a bar in Vancouver, he was verbally attacked by the actor. Although LaBeouf made the threats, Carter never actually saw a blade on him. According toTMZ, LaBeouf had been drinking at the Cinema Public House pub, and was swaying into several people during the night including when one man told him to “watch out.” The 25-year-old actor replied by saying, “Oh yea? Or what?” “What are you going to do about it?” That’s when the two men took the matter outside and LaBeouf got beaten down to the pavement. Carter then helped LaBeouf and tried to stop him from going back inside the pub but the hot-tempered star got more agitated, and said “Well what if I grabbed my knife on you?” Carter then quickly held on to LaBeouf in case he was serious about the knife threat and tried to restrain him, the Daily Mail reported. The actor finally decided to walk away but when Carter went back into the bar a few moments later, he looked out of the window and saw LaBeouf making a throat-slashing gesture at him from outside. ANI
