Shilpa-Raj aped Aishwarya-Abhishek on their D-day?

Mumbai: Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s wedding ceremony is not only making news for its lavishness but also for how close it came to resemble Abhishek and Aishwarya’s grand marriage bash. And it’s not only the large scale event and common guest list that is ringing a bell but also a striking similarity in appearance that the newly weds shared to the young Bachchan duo on their D day. Right from Shilpa’s choice of accessories to the bridal wear in which she chose to drape herself, the stunner seemed to have copied Ash. Shilpa’s hairstyle, bearing all seemed very much like Aishwarya. And even if one missed these similarities, the armlet and the ‘mangtikka’ that Shilpa wore clearly gave her away as it was exactly the same as Ash’s. And Shilpa wasn’t alone when it came to copying, her beau Raj Kundra kept her close company as he aped Abhishek Bachchan. Carrying a sword and sporting stubble, Raj looked much like a shorter version of Abhishek.
