‘Stressed’ single mum Reese Witherspoon ``feels relieved after remarriage’

Reese Witherspoon has revealed that she didn’t realize how stressful she was following her divorce until she got married again.

London: Reese Witherspoon has revealed that she didn’t realize how stressful she was following her divorce until she got married again.
The Oscar-winning actress has opened up for the first time about her difficulties being a single parent after she and Ryan Phillippe split in 2007 and the “relief” and “support” she has found with new hubby Jim Toth, whom she married in March. “I was hard on myself when I got divorced. And until I got remarried, I don’t think I realised how stressed I was,” The Daily Mail quoted the ‘Walk The Line’ star as saying in the October issue of Marie Claire magazine. “I feel so much relief. I don’t think I realised how stressed I was being a single parent. It was really, really stressful. It’s not easy on anybody,” she added. Witherspoon, who has two children, Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7, with Phillippe, also said she feels “blessed” to have found a partner who is “wonderful” with her children. “I got very lucky, and he’s wonderful. And so wonderful with the children. I’m very blessed,” she added. ANI
