Raj Kumari had on May 26 moved the ACJM court here seeking its direction to the police to lodge an FIR against Bachchan and seven others for not fulfilling his promise of setting up a college in the name of his daughter-in-law, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the village.
The court had directed the concerned Mohamadpur Khala police to enquire into the matter and submit its report which had found the allegations levelled by Raj Kumari as baseless.
