New Delhi: Randeep Hooda is known for his professionalism in Bollywood. He has the nerve of picking up `unconventional roles` and delivering his best performance.Hooda in his latest release, `Highway`, helmed by Imtiaz Ali opposite Alia Bhatt, plays the role of Mahabir Bhatti who has a criminal past.
According to a leading daily, the 37 year old actor was so passionate about his character that he completely avoided speaking to or make any kind of contacts with Alia,
This continued for 25 days till he decided to break the ice once he cracked down his character to his satisfaction. He kept a safe distance from her just to fit into his character.
The tall and hunky actor grabbed eyeballs in the past with his performances in `Once Upon A Time In Mumbai`(2010), `Murder-3`, `Monsoon Wedding` and now his latest release `Highway` has certainly landed him in a favourable position.
Hooda has come a long way in his 13years of career and his sincerity is clearly evident in the painstaking methods he adopts for his character in each movie.
Escaping Alia`s charm for 25 days is not a small ordeal, but Randeeep has certainly managed it quite well.
