London: Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina has denied reports that she is rehab bound after pictures allegedly showing her snorting lines of cocaine surfaced.Rumours circulated suggesting that her famous mother, who has struggled with her own battle against drug addiction, is said to be desperate for the 18-year-old to seek treatment.
But Kristina has now taken to her Twitter page to clear the air, reports the Daily Mail.
“Excuse me, but I’d like to say that I am NOT going to rehab? I’m perfectly healthy and I am not addicted to anything but life,” she tweeted on Wednesday.
The National Enquirer, who first published the scandalous pictures earlier this month, reported that the 47-year-old singer has attempted an intervention of sorts.
Kristina, who is Whitney and Bobby Brown’s only child, was still 17 when the pictures were taken at a friend’s house in the town of Alpharetta, Georgia, where she lives with her Grammy-award-winning mother.
The magazine claimed at the time that she regularly indulges in marijuana and ‘guzzles beer and gets smashed on Everclear, a potent grain alcohol’.
Kristina admitted that it was she in the photos – but claimed she had been set up.
“The pictures – a former very dear person to me did this. Set me up to make it look exactly what it looks like. God will smite them yes,” she tweeted.
“But it’s really not what it looks like … People will do anything for money which is extremely sad, and I’m very hurt by this,” she posted.
