Recipe: Mocha Frosting
1/3 cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/3 cup Brewed Coffee (strong and hot)
3 cups Confectioners` Sugar
1/3 cup Butter (melted)
Salt to taste
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ cup Walnuts (chopped)
Beat well coffee with cocoa powder in a bowl.
Put in sugar, butter, salt, and vanilla extract and beat until it is well blended.
Spread it over any cake and add on chopped walnuts.
