New Delhi: In the golden era, Bollywood actresses were often seen singing their own songs. But this trend changed soon and professional playback became the norm. However, the latest buzz in the Tinsel town these days is about actress Priyanka Chopra crooning in Zoya Akhtar's 'Dil Dhadakne Do'.
According to reports, PeeCee will be lending her voice in the film, and not just this, her voice will be picturised on none other than Anushka Sharma. Reports suggest that the song sung by Piggy Chops, will have Anushka and Farhan in the lead.
'Dil Dhadakne Do' boasts of an ensemble cast comprising Ranveer Singh, Farhan Akhtar, Anushka Sharma, Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah, along with Priyanka Chopra. It is slated to hit the theatres on June 5, 2015.
Priyanka already has two singles to her credit—'In My City' and 'Exotic'. Both the albums saw her going the international rockstar way.
