Priyanka Chopra took to Twitter to thank Prime Minister Narendra Modi for reminding her of Mahatma Gandhi’s saying which reads-‘ Be the change you want to see’. The former Miss World and Bollywood actress had volunteered to clean up a slum in the city and make it hospitable. She also vowed to rehabilitate families that lived in the vicinity by making the surrounding clean. On Monday, PeeCee tweeted the link to a video that showed her and her team cleaning up a locality in the city and removing heaps of garbage. The PM appreciated her for her commitment towards his ‘Clean India Campaign’ or the ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’, an initiate to make India a clean country. In response to the PM’s tweet, Priyanka wrote:
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is mighty impressed with Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra for her contribution towards his initiative - 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' or the 'Clean India Campaign' which was launched on Gandhi Jayanti.
The Chopras seem a talented bunch of lot—and it is the Chopra sisters we are talking about. From Priyanka to Parineeti—and now Mannara aka Barbir Handa, all have managed to hog the limelight. Mannara Chopra, who is all geared up with her debut performance in 'Zid', feels blessed to be a part of such a project.
The hard working and multi-talented actress in Bollywood—Priyanka Chopra, surely has an edge over others when it comes to being a go-getter for her films. She oozes just the right kind of attitude for her tough characters on screen. The latest that has been reported about the 'desi girl' is that PeeCee might soon turn a singer for her upcoming film.
Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra seems to be the inspiration behind all her cousins. After Parineeti Chopra made her entry into Bolywood, another cousin of PeeCee joins the bandwagon. Barbie Handa aka Mannara's 'Zid' trailer has gone viral on the social media, and has crossed one million views on YouTube.
