`Octomom` Nadya Suleman checks into rehab

Washington: Octomom Nadya Suleman checked into a drug rehabilitation centre last week to seek help for “anxiety, exhaustion, and stress,” that stemmed from addiction to a prescription drug.
According to TMZ.com, a spokesperson for Suleman said that she checked into Southern Californian Chapman House Drug Rehabilitation Centre as she had become too dependent on the anti-anxiety medication Xanax, which she had been taking to help her “deal with stress,” ABC News reported.
“Ms. Suleman has been taking Xanax that was prescribed by her doctor to deal with her anxiety but she felt she needed a treatment program to help with her recovery,” the representative said in a statement. “She will be in treatment for 28 days or more if needed. Although the rehab offered to treat her at no charge, Ms. Suleman opted to pay for the program,” the statement read. While the Octomom is being treated in rehab, she has reportedly employed a team of three nannies, and two friends to help look after her children - dividing up duties including transporting the massive brood to and from school.
