Washington: Beyonce Knowles has revealed that she thinks she can now ‘dedicate’ herself to having children, after having worked hard as a teenager and now that she is nearing 30.
According to InStyle magazine, the 29-year-old R and B recording artist, who had previously hinted that she wanted to have children with husband Jay-Z, made it clear that as a teenager it was the right time to work hard and make her career, and can ‘focus’ on her relation with the 41-year-old rapper now that she is approaching 30.
“When you’re young -18 or 19 - you have the energy and drive. That’s the time to work as hard as you can,” Contactmusic quoted her as saying.
“Now I’m a woman, and because I gave it my all, I can focus on my marriage. I can decide I want to have kids. I can be the mother I want to be and dedicate myself to my children,” she added.
