New York: Talk show queen Ellen DeGeneres suffered chest pains Monday and received medical attention at her Burbank studio.
DeGeneres, 53, was in a producer`s meeting on the Warner Bros. lot when she fell ill and a colleague called 911.
"Last night I was having chest pains,” the New York Daily quoted her as saying.
"I was feeling like a tightness of my chest and all the scary things. ... Then I got to work and it was still happening.... So I was like ya know, I should check this out. It`s better to be safe than sorry. I`m fine. Let me just say, ``I`m fine,” she added.
