New York: Most stars desperately try to hide that they’ve gone under the knife, but not Kris Jenner.

The 57-year-old got her first set of breast implants in 1988, so she thought it was time to get herself a new pair. “Everyone needs a fresh set every 20 years,” she told the VH1 show “Big Morning Buzz Live.” Jenner, whose latest boob job was featured on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” says she might as well be open about her plastic surgery because she can’t exactly hide it. “I have cameras in my house 24/7. I can’t just go, ‘I’m going for coffee,’ and come back with new boobs.” ANI
