Heidi has had `ups and downs` with her body lately.

Washington: Heidi Montag-who famously had 10 procedures done in one day-has revealed that she had ``ups and downs`` with her body lately. She was spotted showing off her surgically enhanced curves in a gold mini-dress in a Halloween party.

"I`m Heidi Montag for Halloween. I designed my own dress," Usmagazine.com quoted her as saying. "I`m good. I`m just trying to focus on other things, not focus so much on my body," she added. The reality TV star has recently reunited with hubby Spencer Pratt. ANI
