Mumbai: Bollywood hunk Hrithik Roshan has stopped blowing smoke rings around him, thanks to Alan Carr’s book ‘Easy Way To Stop Smoking’.
Duggu’s last ciggi was three months back and the actor can’t stop raving about this book which helped him stop fagging.
About how exactly the book benefited Hrithik, the actor said, “The best thing about the book is that it doesn`t tell you to give up smoking. In fact, it encourages you to light up while reading, and tells you to enjoy it. It does not talk poorly about smoking, or lungs and cancer, which is the best part. But by the time you are nearing the end, you don`t want to smoke anymore. It has worked for me, and I want more people to know about this and give up the habit. The book explains to you what addiction is and once you understand it, you are not addicted anymore."
The book has helped international celebrities like Madonna, Anthony Hopkins and Ashton Kutcher to kick the habit.
It’s known that Duggu was so impressed with the book that he bought 20 copies and offered them to Shah Rukh Khan and Farhan Akhtar.
Does that mean that we can see a smoke free Bollywood in future?
