Matthew Perry is planning to enter a rehabilitation centre to focus on his "sobriety" issues.

London: Former `Friends` star Matthew Perry is planning to enter a rehabilitation centre to focus on his "sobriety" issues.
The 41-year-old star, who has been to rehab in the past when suffering from a prescription pill addiction hasn`t had a relapse since then but is still taking some time out to care for himself, reported Femalefirst. "I`m making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery. Please enjoy making fun of me on the world wide web," Perry said. The actor first became addicted to painkillers following a jet skiing accident, and he confessed he was taking 20 to 30 pills a day before going to rehab in 1997. Perry has acted in films like `17 Again`, `The Whole Ten Yards`. He currently stars in TV series `Mr Sunshine` which he has also co-created and is about a tale of a man who begins to re-evaluate his life when he turns 40. PTI
