Wonder workouts behind Rihanna’s fabulous body

London: The secret to Rihanna’s fabulous figure has been revealed by her personal trainer Ary Nunez.

Nunez disclosed that the pop star does just 25 minutes of exercise a day – but splits it into five strenuous five-minute stints.

“We train when she’s ready. Even if we’re on the road and it’s 2am,” the Daily Star quoted Nunez as saying.

The 24-year-old singer is so dedicated to honing her size eight body that she works out five times a day. The star even calls one of her trainers in the middle of the night for a high-energy session.

The results were for the world to see when she turned up at London Fashion Week flaunting her perfect curves in a green silk dress slit to the thigh.

She also impressed her fans on Twitter by posting a series of snaps of herself in a bikini.

Rihanna’s other personal trainer Harley Pasternak, who put the star on her “five-a-day” five-minute stints, said: “It’s easy for her to fit around her busy schedule and even her holidays.”

Rihanna is also on a strict diet, which limits her to five small meals, and snacks a day to keep her energy levels sky-high.
