Bareilly/Badaun: Sharpening her attack on
the Congress, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati on Monday
alleged its leaders had stashed black money in foreign banks,
were embroiled in scams and were misleading people to retain
their party`s shrinking base in the state.
Addressing election rallies here, the BSP chief also
accused the Congress of indulging in gimmicks on the Batla
House encounter issue.
Alleging the Congress was maligning the BSP by levelling
false allegations, she said it did not take her proposal on
division of UP seriously.
During the party`s 60-year rule, the Congress leaders
deposited black money in foreign banks and were embroiled in

On the other hand, "the BSP believes in delivering
