Guna Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 29 Lok Sabha seats allotted to the Central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.

Madhya Pradesh, which recorded 64.01 percent turnout, saw several heavyweights contesting the polls.

Dhakad Lokendra Singh Rajpoot of Bahujan Samaj Party, Jyotiraditya M Scindia of Indian National Congress and Krishna Pal Singh "Dr KP Yadav" of Bharatiya Janata Party are a few prominent candidates contesting for general election 2019 from Guna Lok Sabha constituency of Madhya Pradesh.

The election in this constituency was held in the sixth phase of 2019 Lok Sabha polls on May 12. The counting of votes will be held on May 23.

Jyotiraditya Madhavrao Scindia of the Congress party was elected as the Member of Parliament from this constituency in the 2014 Lok Sabha polls.

Scindia got 517036 votes and decimated Jaibhansingh Pawaiya (BJP) who got 396244 votes.
