Motihari: A three-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her neighbour in Bihar's east Champaran district, a police officer said today.
The minor was allegedly raped by the man at his house yesterday after he lured her to come with him, Deputy Superintendent of Police Alok Kumar said.
Upon hearing the girl's cries, her mother rushed to the neighbour's house and found her bleeding, he said adding she was rushed to a hospital for medical examination.
Police has lodged an FIR against the accused who is absconding, Kumar said, adding a manhunt has been launched to nab him.
