New Delhi: Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma thanked all the fans in UAE for their continuous support, despite having a poor run in the first leg of the Indian Premier League. The right-hander thanked the fans through his personal account on micro-blogging site Twitter. Defending champions Mumbai have lost all five matches in the tournament so far and are ranked at the bottom of the points table. Batting department is a major concern for the Mumbai think tank, as Rohit and Kieron Pollard are the only two batsmen from the squad to score half-centuries. Rohit, who turned 27 on Wednesday, also thanked the fans for their wishes. Mumbai Indians will now play their sixth match of the series, against Kings XI Punjab – a team which is yet to be defeated, on their home ground at Wankhede Stadium on May 3.
