New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Thursday that US President Barack Obama has gifted him something that he would cherish forever.
Modi said that Obama had gifted him a rare book on the Parliament of World's Religions of 1893 and the book contains a paper of Swami Vivekananda.
Modi posted on the micro-blogging site Twitter - “President Barack Obama presented to me a very valuable gift that I will cherish forever.”
In other post he wrote, “He gave me a rare book on the Parliament of World's Religions of 1893,” and added, “The book contains a paper of Swami Vivekananda.”

Modi was on a five-day visit to the US. He was there to address the UNGA.
At the same time he also met Obama and held bilateral talks to him. In another engagement he addressed around 18,000 Indian-Americans at the Madison Square Garden in New York.
PM Modi returned to India yesterday.
