New Delhi: As the counting of votes got underway in Karnataka on Wednesday, the Congress expressed hope that it would not just secure victory but also get clear majority in the southern state. Union Water Resources Minister Harish Rawat said they expect Karnataka voters to give Congress a clear majority. We seek a chance from the voters to develop the state as well as Bangalore into Silicon Valley. It may be noted that exit polls have predicted victory for the Congress in Karnataka Assembly Elections 2013.
