Bhopal: A day after the Madhya Pradesh Finance Minister quit following allegations of having unnatural sex with his servant, a state BJP leader on Saturday claimed that Raghavji has "a dirty past".
According to a news agency, Shiv Shankar Pateria has said that he has 22 sex CDs, which he got recorded as he believed in "clean politics" and wanted to "expose Raghavji`s real face".
Raj Kumar, a servant of Raghavji, submitted his complaint at the Habibganj police station on Friday. He claimed that for a long time Raghavji was having unnatural sex with him. He claimed that a sex CD has also been made.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had directed Raghavji to submit his resignation.
The 79-year-old minister had set a record by presenting the state budget for 10 years in succession from 2004 to 2013.
Water Resources Minister Jayant Malaiyya has now been asked to look after the finance portfolio, a report said.
Describing the incident as unfortunate, Leader of Opposition in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly Ajay Singh said that in politics "moral corruption" was a much worse thing than corruption.
