Mumbai: The Mumbai Police on Monday arrested three shooters reportedly involved in the firing incident at Film City here in which one person was critically injured.

The arrest comes two days after the state police had identified the motorcycle which was used in the said case.

According to police three more persons who are said to be involved in the firing case are still at large.

Police had earlier suspected this to be a case of business rivalry and had ruled out the possibility of any underworld connection in the incident.

Two unidentified assailants had on Friday opened fire at one Raju Shinde inside Film City, close to spot where actor Amitabh Bachchan was shooting. The assailants had left their motorcycle into the forest while they were chased by a security staff at the spot.

Shinde is the owner of Trinity security agency that provides security guards for film shootings and an office bearer of Shiv Sena's film wing 'Chitrapat Sena'.
