Cyclone Phailin: Emergency numbers released for Odisha, Andhra

New Delhi: As the severe cyclone Phailin bears down the coast of Odisha and Andhra and is expected to make landfall soon, the NDRF has released emergency numbers. Phailin will make landfall between 6 pm to 8 pm at Gopalpur in Odisha. Around 2600 personnel have been deployed by the NDRF to tackle the danger in Odisha and Andhra.
