This extreme feat of his has gone viral after he uploaded a video of it to YouTube last month. And not only that, he managed to take one of the coolest selfies ever as he dropped himself into the erupting volcano.
George Kourounis, currently known for his television series Angry Planet, claimed that he knocked on hell's door as descended into the Marum crater -a boiling lava lake situated within the Ambrym volcano.

Kourounis put on a heat suit and stepped to the edge of a lava lake, capturing the whole journey on video. It was so hot inside the volcano that his camera melted but he managed to take a selfie.
