Minor girl raped in UP

Ballia (UP): A three-and-a-half-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her uncle in Naraingarh village in Revti area here, police said on Tuesday. The incident took place yesterday when the girl went to the fields where her uncle Dhurandhar raped her, they said.

On complaint by victim`s father, an FIR has been registered in the case and a man hunt has been launched to nab the accused, who fled from the scene after the incident, Additional Superintendent of Police, K C Goswami said. PTI
