Muzaffarnagar: A 14-year-old girl was allegedly abducted and raped by a youth at Bhokaheri village here, police said on Monday.
The girl was abducted yesterday, taken to a nearby tubewell and raped, they said, adding that she has been sent for medical examination.
A case has been registered against a local youth under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, police said.
In a separate incident, two youths were handed over to police for allegedly eve-teasing girl students travelling in a bus yesterday, police said.
The incident took place when 27 female students were en route from Charthawal village to here in a bus to take part in a contest, they said.
