Three quintals of adulterated mawa ceased

Gorakhpur: Three quintals of adulterated mawa (dried milk) was ceased from the Khoya Mandi here, a Food Security department official said here on Saturday. "Three quintals of adulterated mawa was ceased from the Khoya Mandi yesterday but nobody came forward to claim it," RC Pandey, Chief Food Security Officer said.

The department had destroyed a total of 18 quintals of adultered mawa and five quintals of adulterated sweets so far in the current festive season, said Pandey.
