Bhadohi (UP): Two persons, including a reporter of a local newspaper, were arrested with stolen motorcycles, police said here Saturday.
The duo, employees of the newspaper, were trying to get the paper work for the bikes completed in the Road Transport officer (RTO) office, they said.
