Daddy, there`s lots of firing: Syrian teen`s last SMS

A Syrian teen sent one last SMS to her father, reminding him how much she loved her family.

London: Hiding under the seat of the bus that was on its way to Syria`s Aleppo city when it came under attack, she sent one last SMS to her father, reminding him how much she loved her family. Soon after, 18-year-old Pascal lay dead. "Daddy, there is lots of firing and I am under the seat hiding, if I die please remember that I love you and I love my mother and my sisters…," was Pascal`s last missive to her father. An armed group targeted the civilian bus and Pascal hid under the seat, reported breakingnews.sy. Pascal was injured and succumbed to the bullet wound.

It was not clear from the media report when the attack took place. Pascal is one of the hundreds of civilians who have become victim to the fighting between the Assad government forces and those defying his rule in Aleppo, Syria`s commercial capital. IANS
