Hyd twin blasts failure of intelligence agencies: Shivpal

Mainpuri (UP): Uttar Pradesh PWD Minister Shivpal Singh Yadav on Saturday termed the Hyderabad twin blasts as a failure of the intelligence agencies.

"Somewhere the blasts were a failure of the intelligence agencies and the Union government should accept the fact," he said. Yadav, who was here to distribute cheques to 885 beneficiaries of girls` education schemes, told mediapersons that Samajwadi Party has always cooperated with the Centre on the issue of eliminating terrorism.
