Abhishek Bachchan shares adorable post for mamu's pet Navya Naveli

New Delhi: Actor Abhishek Bachchan, who shares a close bond with his niece Navya Naveli Nanda, on Thursday penned a heartfelt wish for her on her 21st birthday. The actor shared the note on the social media in which he is advising the 'coolest kid in the world' to remain the 'mamu's pet' that she has always been.

"To the coolest kid in the world. Happy 21st birthday my Navya," Abhishek wrote on Instagram besides sharing a photo of the glamorous 'birthday girl'. He went on to add, "You are now officially a little lady, and a very generous, loving and caring one at that too." 

"From a baby who used to fit in the palm of my hand to becoming one of my dearest friends, you've always been mamu's pet. Never change! Love you!," her uncle, Abhishek wrote in the post.

Navya Naveli Nanda is the granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan and is among the most popular star kids in B-town. She has a huge fan following on social media and has several fan pages dedicated to her. She is often spotted hanging out with grandpa and megastar Abhishek Bachchan and also frequently appears on his social media handles.

On the work front, Abhishek was recently seen in Anurag Kashyap's 'Manmarziyaan' which also starred Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal. The film received positive reviews from the critics but failed to perform at the box office. The actor will soon share screen space with his wife Aishwarya in a film titled 'Gulab Jamun'. Anurag Kashyap will produce the film which will be directed by Sarvesh Mewara.
