Anushka Sharma says marriage is on cards!

Anushka Sharma believes that the film industry has embraced the idea of having married women in films and that the marital status of actresses is no longer an issue.

Mumbai: Anushka Sharma is doing exceptionally well in the film industry and her ‘rumoured’ relationship with Virat Kohli too is blossoming. She is perhaps in the best phase of her life – both professionally and personally. And interestingly, marriage is on the cards, said the pretty girl recently.

During an event in the capital, when Anushka was asked about her marriage plans, she said, “Marriage is on the cards, but I don't know when will it happen. I haven't thought about it yet. I have done everything in my life very normally. And marriage is definitely there on my agendas in life. But I don't know when will it happen.”

Anushka believes that the film industry has embraced the idea of having married women in films and that the marital status of actresses is no longer an issue.

"I feel things are changing now. Actresses are working at same pace even after getting married or having kids. This is an amazing time for women in industry. I also would like to continue things like a normal person (after marriage). It is important to be that way. I didn't like when people said that actresses have shelf life," she added.
