Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau meets Shah Rukh Khan and other B-Towners—Video, pics

New Delhi: The Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, who is on a week-long trip to India, recently met the who's who of Bollywood in Mumbai. The Canadian PM opted for a traditional golden-red sherwani for the gala night where several business leaders were also present.

From superstar Shah Rukh Khan, Anupam Kher to Farhan Akhtar—all not only posed for the shutterbugs but also shared the clicks on social media. Trudeau who is quite active on the social media platforms as well, took to Instagram and shared a video with SRK and revealed that several Indo-Canadian movie tie-ups for promoting new talent are likely to kickstart.

The Canadian PM beautifully captioned the post, “Tonight, we celebrated stronger ties & new co-production opportunities between Bollywood and the Canadian film industry. And who better to help than @iamsrk himself... Great to meet you!”

Trudeau was accompanied by his wife Sophie and kids, Sophie Gregoire Trudeau and three children -Ella-Grace, Xavier and Hadrien.

The Canadian is likely to pay obeisance at the Golden Temple in Amritsar on February 21, 2018. He has already visited Agra and Ahmedabad.
