Katrina Kaif's gym video will make you feel the rush!

New Delhi: Bollywood's fit and fabulous Katrina Kaif is making us wonder why didn't she join Instagram before? But, worry not because she surely is making up for all the time she was not there by posting really fun stuff on her handle.

Recently, the diva that she is shared a video of her working out at Yasmin Karachiwala's gym and we must say Kat is a hardworking girl when it comes to her fitness regime. In this particular video, Katrina can be seen doing this really cool exercise where she is prepping up in a way as if sitting on an imaginary chair.

It looks easy but can be really gruelling. She captioned the video as: "Prep for those days when you can't find a chair. please do it at the gym it's very fun @yasminkarachiwala @rezaparkview"
