New Delhi: One of the finest talents in Indian cinema, actor Radhika Apte has time and again impressed the viewers with her impeccable acting prowess and interesting body of work.
According to Mumbai Mirror, Radhika recently was a guest on Neha Dhupia's chat show 'BFFs With Vogue' and made some startling revelations.
The actress revealed that once she slapped a co-star of hers. The report quotes her as saying, “It was my first day on the set and a famous South actor started to tickle my feet. I was stunned as we’d never met before and I instinctively slapped him.”
Radhika is a no non-sense actress who believes in speaking her mind. Her latest release 'PadMan' opposite Akshay Kumar did well at the Box Office and talked about the need to create awareness about menstrual hygiene. The film also starred Sonam Kapoor as one of the leads. 'PadMan' is based on the real-life incident of Arunachalam Muruganatham—the man whose initiative to invent low-cost sanitary pad making machines in rural India helped not only his wife but other women in his village to lead a hygienic life.
The actress will be seen with Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in 'Sacred Games', Netflix India's original web-series. It is based on Vikram Chandra's 2006 bestseller thriller novel by the same name 'Sacred Games'.
