Kolkata: Indian captain MS Dhoni has said that the pitch prepared at the Eden Gardens for the third Test match between India and England is a good one.
He also dismissed talks of difference of opinion with chief curator of the Eden Gardens, Prabir Mukherjee, regarding the pitch at the Eden Gardens. Earlier in the week veteran curator Prabir Mukherjee had openly criticised Dhoni’s demand for a ‘square turner’ from day one of the Kolkata Test. Dhoni also revealed that India will be going in with two pacers and two spinners unlike in Mumbai where the bowling attack had three frontline spinners. Harbhajan Singh skipped practise on Tuesday and will in all probability miss out from the playing eleven for the third Test against England.
