New Delhi: Giving a new twist to the ongoing IPL spot-fixing saga, investigations conducted by the Special Cell of Delhi police has revealed that the bookies had planned to make MMS of the players involved in the fixing.

According to media reports, the bookies planned to capture the cricketers on camera and then blackmail them if they ever backtracked on their promises.
S Sreesanth has reportedly told the investigators that Jiju Janardhanan, the alleged middleman, and the bookies, attempted to make a video of him in a Mumbai hotel.
According to the latest revelations, a plan was in place to create MMS of all the three cricketers (S Sreesanth, Ajit Chandila, Ankeet Chavan). However, it failed as the police exposed the scandal and the trio was arrested along with the women.
