Mohali: Statistical highlights of the Indian Premier League match between Kings XI Punjab and Rajasthan Royals on Thurdsay.

•Shane Warne (50 at 25.66 apiece in 47 matches) became the third bowler to complete 50 wickets or more in the IPL, joining Rudra Pratap Singh (54) and Pragyan Ojha (51).

•Shaun Marsh (71 off 42 balls) recorded his eighth fifty in the IPL. His average of 56.46 is the highest in the IPL, aggregating 847 in 19 games, including one century.

•Siddharth Trivedi conceded 59 runs - the most by a bowler in the fourth edition of the IPL. He equalled R P Singh`s figures of 4-0-59-0 for Deccan Chargers against Kolkata Knight Riders at Hyderabad on May 11, 2008.

•Two bowlers, for the first time, have conceded 50 runs or more in the same innings in the 2011 edition of the IPL.

•Shaun Tait (3/22) equalled his previous best bowling performance in the IPL.

•Punjab`s victory by 48 runs is the largest by runs margin in IPL 4, obliterating the 33-run win by Deccan Chargers against Bangalore at Hyderabad on April 14.

•The win is Punjab`s second biggest by runs` margin in the IPL, behind the 66-run win over Mumbai Indians at Mohali on April 25, 2008.

•Punjab (195/7) posted their second highest total against Rajasthan in the IPL - the best is 221 for three at Mohali on May 28, 2008.

•The score is the highest by any team in the IPL 4, obliterating the 193 for four by Punjab against Chennai at Mohali on April 13, 2011.

•Punjab`s feats of 50 off 2.5 overs and 73 in the first five overs are records in the first five overs in the IPL history.

•Paul Valthaty registered 32 fours - the most in the IPL 4. Besides he recorded 10 sixes - the second best tally, behind Ravindra Jadeja`s eleven.

•Adam Gilchrist (28 off 16 balls) took his runs` tally in the IPL to 1329 at an average of 27.12 in 50 games. Only Suresh Raina (1487) and Sachin Tendulkar (1406) have registered more runs than Gilchrist.

•Gilchrist celebrated his 50th game in the IPL by extending his sixes` tally to 68.

•Valthaty`s runs` tally of 247 runs at an average of 82.33 in four matches is the best in the IPL 4, overtaking Sachin Tendulkar`s run-aggregate of 236 in four matches.

•Valthaty`s superb strike rate of 168.02 is the highest in the IPL 4 among the batsmen with at least 125 runs.

•Rahul Dravid completed his 1000 runs in the IPL, aggregating 1007 at an average of 26.50 in 47 matches.

•Punjab became the fourth team after Kolkata, Mumbai and Kochi to register three wins in the IPL 4.
