London: A former Manchester City kitman has described outgoing manager Roberto Mancini as "arrogant, vein and self centred".
Stephen Aziz was employed by the club when they won their first Premier League title in 2012 and says he worked alongside the Italian manager on a day-to-day basis. After the 48-year-old was sacked by the FA Cup finalists on Monday, the ex-kitman took to Twitter to air his views on Mancini. His tweets read: ""Some city fans unhappy about the sacking most mangers would have won trophys with this team a lot of happy staff and players will be happy!!! "Arrogant, vain, self centred no manners ignorant just some of Mancini`s daily traits that made going to work a grind!! #kama [sic] "Fans don`t get to see what really goes on and day 2 day running 2 years there seeing him every day was hard work getting a `good morning`. "MCFC on the other hand what a club to work for some great players and staff nice down to earth ppl loved working there!!! "Not saying he didn`t do well to win trophy`s etc! Just expressing how I felt about this guy! Genuinely not a nice person!" The Italian is believed to have been given the boot from the Etihad Stadium because of poor relations with players and club executives. Goal.com
