The Bombay High Court has pulled up Maharashtra government for its apathy towards students due to load-shedding at Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination centres in schools across the state.
In a shocking incident, a class XI student of a government school in the district was allegedly found drunk while writing his quarterly examination following which he had been suspended for 20 days, officials said on Friday.
Kerala High court on Monday observed
that the decision of the selection committee to grant
moderation marks in the written examination conducted for the
selection of District and sessions judge was `unsustainable`.
