FTII row: Talks fail to break deadlock; next meeting on Oct 6

With FTII students sticking to their demand for removal of TV actor Gajendra Chauhan as the institute's chairman, a second round of talks here on Thursday between the striking students and I & B Ministry officials failed to break the deadlock but the two sides agreed to meet again in New Delhi on October 6.

Delhi to have Haj house: Sharma

Delhi government will build a Haj house, bigger than the one at Mumbai and equipped with all modern facilities, at Dwarka, Parliamentary Secretary to Chief Minister and CLP Spokesperson Mukesh Sharma said here on Saturday.
