Mathura: A man has been booked for allegedly trying to rape his widowed sister-in-law in Ajhai village here, the police said on Thursday.
The accused and his parents have been arrested and the woman hospitalised, they said.
The woman, whose husband died in 2016, also alleged that her in-laws tortured her for dowry, the police said.
She alleged that her in-laws attacked her with a sharp- edged weapon when she resisted the rape bid.
