Mentally challenged minor raped by teenaged youth in UP

Ballia: A 10-year-old mentally challenged girl was allegedly raped by her teenaged neighbour in Bilthara road area here, the police said on Wednesday.

The incident took place on Monday when the girl had gone to the fields and her neighbour, a 16-year-old youth, raped her, they said.

An FIR in this regard was registered by the victim's father yesterday and the accused was also arrested.
