13 gold biscuits worth Rs 45 lakh seized in West Bengal
Border Security Force (BSF) on Tuesday recovered 13 gold biscuits weighing 1518.910 grams worth Rs. 45, 07,365/- from the border outpost of Amudia.

Kolkata: Border Security Force (BSF) on Tuesday recovered 13 gold biscuits weighing 1518.910 grams worth Rs. 45, 07,365/- from the border outpost of Amudia.
BSF troops planned and launched special operation where they observed movement of a person who was approaching India from Bangladesh on a bicycle.
When the accused came near to `Tunu Gate` near the International Boundary, he was intercepted to stop but ran away towards to Bangladesh, leaving behind the bicycle. On thorough search, 13 gold biscuits were recovered from the tyres.
A case has been registered and further investigations are underway.
