OnePlus X smartphone to be launched in India today

New Delhi: Chinese phone maker OnePlus is likely to launch its upcoming smartphone –OnePlus X in India on October 29.

The company in its India twitter handle has posted:

“See you on October 29, India. #PowerfullyBeautiful,” Oneplus had earlier posted on its Facebook wall as well as shared it on its official India twitter page.

The company has also given further hints on launch of two products today. It tweeted:

According to the sources, the OnePlus X will feature a 5-inch full HD display and the same Snapdragon 801 processor and the pricing could be around $249. It also confirms OnePlus’ plans to enter the budget segment.

The smartphone will compete with other players in the market, such as the Xiaomi Mi 4 and Motorola Moto X Play, among others.
