Mumbai: Priyanka Chopra is a popular name in the Western showbiz world and a former beauty Queen. She has been winning hearts since the time she was crowned Miss World way back in 2000. And these days, she is creating waves in Hollywood too.

Our very own desi girl, who has often spoken about being discriminated in High School owing to her brown skin, is now admired my millions across the globe.

In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, PeeCee had said, “When I was in high school in America, I didn’t see anyone who looked like me hardly ever. I just thought that was normal because you don’t know any better. So I used to idolize so many other people, like Sarah Michelle Gellar on “Buffy.” But when I went back to India at age 17 and started traveling for work, that was when I slowly realized that we don’t all look like one person.”

Michelle Gellar was moved on being mentioned by Priyanka. So to tell her how honoured she felt on being mentioned by her, Gellar took to Twitter to write:
