London: Former professional boxer Laila Ali has vowed to lose 35lbs of baby weight and regain her pre-pregnancy figure as she took her one-month-old daughter Sydney on a shopping trip in Los Angeles recently.
The daughter of boxing legend Muhammad Ali also announced her new diet and fitness campaign just a month after giving birth.
The mother of two has also filmed an online video in which she declared her intention to start a diet and fitness routine to lose the `25 to 35lbs extra` she gained during her pregnancy.
“I have 25 to 35 lbs of baby weight to get off,” the Daily Mail quoted the 33-year-old as telling her fans.
Laila also planned to help other new mothers get back in shape by inspiring them with pictures of her weight loss.
“So lets do it together, because I`m going to be posting my meal routines, workout plans, cookout tips and photos of myself to show my progress, “she added.
